A Synthesis of Retention Literature and Research: A Focus on Hispanics
This session provided a synthesis on what has been learned over the years with respect to Latina/o populations and retention. Primary emphasis was on four-year colleges with two-year college information also included. In an effort to learn how other institutions are working to retain their own Latina/o populations, participants highlighted successful practices at their institutions.
