If we do not answer immediately, leave a brief message and we will call you back asap. Our goal is to respond to every Hotline call in 5 minutes or less during our normal business hours.


Tech Help and Computer Lab hours for Summer Quarter 2008 are:
Mon-Thu 7:30AM-7:30PM
Fri 7:30AM-5PM
(Closed for Holidays Friday July 4 and Monday Sept 1)

Calling the Tech Help Hotline is the fastest way to get help. The next fastest is to come directly to our Tech Services Center in BP 2043.


Emailing us at gse-tech-help@uci.edu is the next fastest way to get Tech Help. A copy of your note is sent to every Tech Staffer as well as our supervisor, Carol Jun. It remains in our mailboxes until someone responds to your request.


Everyone is always welcome to find any Tech Staff person directly at any time. We recommend trying the following order, but get help any way which works for you.
