Emily Zarybnisky

Biography
Emily Zarybnisky earned her Ed. M. in Administration Planning and Social Policy from Harvard University Graduate School of Education. She has served as a classroom teacher and literacy specialist for upper elementary school grades. Ms. Zarybnisky has also worked as an academic advisor and instructor for students at Midwestern State University in Texas. She earned her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Teacher Education from Wellesley College where she served as a Team Leader for the Americorps program Jumpstart.
Ms. Zarybnisky has taught Education 50 since joining the Department in 2005. She is currently pursuing an Ed.D. from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. Her dissertation topic explores the experiences of Muslim students in public schools.
