Admission to the Program
(a) completion of a Master's Degree in education or a related field
from an accredited institution of higher education;
(b) a minimum grade point average of 3.0 or above in coursework taken
for the baccalaureate degree; for candidates who do not meet this
requirement, the GPA in coursework completed during Master's Degree
study will also be considered;
(c) three outstanding letters of recommendation from individuals familiar
with the applicant's ability to perform graduate-level work;
(d) submission of scores on the Graduate Record Examination (GRE)
taken within the past five years;
(g) a personal statement and writing sample; and
(h) an interview with at least one member of the Program's Joint Graduate
Admissions Committee.
