UCI Cal Teach Noyce Summer Internship: Not sure about teaching? Try it out and earn $2500 in stipends and up to $600 towards a Summer Session course! Noyce interns have the opportunity to work with UCI faculty, plan outreach activities for K-12 students, and intern at an informal science center (Discovery Science Center, Aquarium of the Pacific, Newport Back Bay Science Center, and more). Discovery Science Center Internship: Discovery Science Center has an extensive education department and we are excited to offer you the opportunity to be a part of it! Together with Cal Teach, DSC is offering internship opportunities for qualified individuals. The internship will consist of presenting demonstrations on the exhibit floor. Participants will be trained on DSC lessons then given the opportunity to implement them to visiting students, teachers, parents, and guests. After learning more about the way DSC operates, you will be asked to design and execute your very own lesson! At the end of the internship, DSC will provide fomal evaluations of your performance to Cal Teach. To apply please contact Whitney Young at youngw@uci.edu.
