Early Preparation for a Teaching Career

 

UCI undergraduates who have decided on a career as an elementary or secondary teacher can strengthen their preparation for a teaching career and enhance their application for a teacher credential program by selecting undergraduate courses that build strong subject matter knowledge and provide an introduction to pedagogical skills for the subject area(s) they plan to teach.
